Poste et missions
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to drive our commercial operations in Hungary. You will be responsible for defining the local sales strategy and leading a team of Sales and Service Center (Sales Operations) teams of 11 employees, to achieve ambitious growth targets, primarily through Vendor Finance programs, and direct acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and challenge a team of 4 Sales Managers. You will be responsible for their KPIs, skill development, and field support.
Vendor Strategy: Identify, negotiate, and implement partnership agreements with manufacturers and distributors (Vendors). You will ensure our financing solutions are seamlessly integrated into their sales process.
Business Development: Directly manage key accounts and high-level negotiations while ensuring a healthy pipeline of new business.
Risk & Profitability: Monitor the profitability of deals and work closely with the Credit Department to ensure a high-quality portfolio and compliance with group standards.
Reporting: Act as the primary link between the Hungarian branch and the Headquarters in France, providing regular market analysis and sales forecasts.
Project lead: lead project initiatives of One platform (global BPCE ES leasing platform) on local level, participate as local champion, guide and coordinate local contributors and complete implementation according to the projected deadlines
Profil et compétences requises
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in Equipment Finance or Leasing, with a proven track record in Vendor Programs.
Languages: Native or fluent Hungarian is mandatory. A professional command of English is required for corporate reporting.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing sales teams. You are a "coach" leader who knows how to motivate and drive performance.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Hungarian economic landscape and local B2B financial regulations.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach.
